Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the juice made?

Los Angeles, CA

How do you ship the juice?

We ship UPS | FedEX for all orders. Our shipments are normally in transit for no longer than 1-2 days before making it to your door, no matter where you live in the United States.

Why do I get an address error at checkout?

Don't fret! Your address isn't the issue. You simply don't have enough items in your cart. At this time, our juices are available in packs or sets only so either select a detox set (automatically meets the minimum) or choose to build your own pack (must contain at least 6 juices).

What is your shipping policy?

We ship our orders Monday-Wednesday until 1PM PST. Orders placed after this cutoff are sent out on the following shipping day. Orders placed after 1PM PST between Thursday-Sunday are shipped the following Monday morning (unless there's a holiday). We do not ship on weekends or on federal holidays. We also don't ship outside the continental United States.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped 3 days after preparation, you will receive them in 1 to 2 business days (UPS / FedEX). Orders are fresh and made to order. Juices will be frozen upon arrival in you live outside of California and require a night to freeze before shipping.

Are your products Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher and Non-GMO?

Yes, to all of the above! All ingredients are 100% organic, plant-based and raw.

How are orders received?

Orders come shipped frozen to retain freshness as there are no added preservatives.

What if my order comes partially thawed?

As long as your order remains chilled your juices are ready for consumption. Do not refreeze, just refrigerate and consume. Juices have a shelf life of 30 days. If you receive your order partially thawed but still chilled, be reassured it was shipped frozen and naturally defrosted.

Are your products pasteurized?

Absolutely Not! Our juices undergo what's called High-Pressure Processing(HPP), which is a heatless safety step approved by the FDA to protect against certain pathogens.

High pressure processing (HPP) is a natural method in which fruits and vegetables are processed under very high pressure no heat involved. Using this method allows our juices to maintain the quality and nutrients of its ingredients, unlike heat pasteurization.

What are the benefits of HPP?

Raw & Fresh

No heat means each ingredient remains raw and fresh, retaining its maximum nutritional benefits - so you get the most out of every sip.

Extends Shelf Life

Using HPP Helps reduce waste by giving our juices a longer shelf life (our juices are good to drink for up to 6 months) - without the need to add chemicals or preservatives.

Preserves Nutrients & Enzymes

With HPP, the nutrients and enzymes aren’t compromised, so all the good stuff makes its way into your juice.

Kills Bacteria & Pathogens

The juice is subjected to 87,000 PSI to kill any bacteria and microorganisms, meeting strict food safety stands from Health Canada & the FDA.

Are you BPA-Free?

Yes. The type of plastic we use is PET which means there are no BPA, BPS, Phthalates, or Phthalate Based Plasticizers. PET plastic is also the most sustainable recyclable plastic

Are there any sugars added in the juice?

We do not add any refined sugars to our juice.

How long is the juice good for?
